there's this guy i like okay he goes out of his way for me and today i spend time with him i was shy for the first time in a long time.the thing is this i'm living with my boyfriend and he treats me bad he's always with his friends and on my offf days he goes to them.he say i'm his life but i dnt feel like it.he is very posessive and what is his is, his.I can date the other guy because i'm afraid of what my boyfriend will do i know him i like this new guy but i'm stick with my man i have no place to go and i do love my boyfriend but he is makeing me hard against him!it hurts

If your heart says no for your current boyfriend, get a job for a while, tell him you need to do something to get good references for future employment - which is no lie, and get some money saved up, dump him and get the heck out of there. Be sure you like the new guy and he's good - he could be another dumper. Trust your heart, and listen to me now...I've been thru this part...make sure that what your heart is saying is YOU...it's not mom's opinion, not dad's opinion, friend's opinion, teacher's opinion, your boyfriend's opinion. If he's possessive, it's actually the last place you want to stay.
Don't fight him, just make him think you'll stay and within yourself start making up your mind what it is you need, how you feel, and start living your life...SLOWLY...otherwise he'll possibly get scared that you're going and become worse. Once you get a job and start doing one or two things for yourself and you're still with him, and there are tiny changes happening in you, he may or may not notice and react, he may think twice about losing you.
Guys hate to be insecure, anyone does for that matter.
