I don't think there any "real" English words without vowels, though some interjections, such as "hmmm?" might fill the bill. I thought there might be some loan words in my unabridged dictionary, but I haven't been able to find any yet.
"The semantic significance of vowels varies widely depending on the language. In some languages... vowels mostly serve to denote inflections... Although it is possible to construct simple English sentences that can be understood without written vowels (cn y rd ths?), extended passages of English lacking written vowels are difficult if not impossible to completely understand."
"In most languages, vowels are an unchangeable part of the words, as in English man vs. moon which are not different inflectional forms of the same word, but different words. Vowels are especially important ... in languages that have very few consonants (like Polynesian languages ...)"
"All known languages have at least two vowels ... English has 14–20 vowels (including diphthongs) depending on dialect."

Bzzzzz
Hmmm
Zzzzzz (used to indicate snoring)
I don't know if these are legitimate words, but I see them in use all the time.
It's my belief that in a word such as "why" the "y" would be considered a vowel. Otherwise words like my, cry, and anything else containing only a "y" would work, like "psych" (short for psychology).

The following are also words - I checked it out on the web:
rsvp, syzygy( the alignment of three celestial objects), gym ply, cry, tsk, sly, cry, shhh, grrr, zzzz, psst.Check out the web site below.
Even though y is SOMETIMES considered a vowel, these are all considered words with no vowels.
