May I offer an outsider's view of America? I've noticed something peculiar about Americans that I think may answer your question. Please know, I do not say this as a compliment or an insult. It's just an observation -- take it or leave it.

Some years ago, your Congress was holding hearings on health care, and they called the actor Mike Farrell who played BJ Hunnicut on the TV Series MASH to testify. Why? Recently Barbara Streisand got into a snit because her insulting skit about Pres. Bush was not well received by her audience. Again, what makes Ms. Streisand think anyone came to her concert for a political diatribe?

I've noticed over the years that Americans are absolutely in love with fame. And when Americans become famous, they (and a big portion of the American public) automatically assume that because they are famous, they must also be experts in whatever they talk about. For some strange reason, many Americans equate fame and authority. How else can you explain how a guy who plays a doctor on TV get called to testify about health issues.

So to answer your question -- if these people ran, (and I'm right in my assumptions) a great many people would vote for them. Since you're an American, I'd be genuinely interested to know your views on this. Thanks.

Yes some people would vote for these people. Only because they were told to vote for them by the leftist (communist) celebrities from Hollywood. People who need to be told are those who can not live for themselves. They need to be taken by the hand inorder to live life. They can not make a decision for themselves. These people are the most dangerous people in the world. They live life as they are told to, not on how they feel they should.
