The Holy See (Latin: Sancta Sedes, lit. "holy seat") is the episcopal see of Rome. The incumbent of this see is the Bishop of Rome, more commonly referred to as the Pope. The term Holy See, as used in Canon law, also refers to the Pope and the Roman Curia—in effect, the central government of the Roman Catholic Church—and is the sense more widely used today.

That's another term to describe a Proctologist. It originated before Proctologists wore gloves and they'd SEE where they were going to insert their middle finger into; this started way back in the middle 1880s in Texas and Tennessee, see what I mean?

(And if you believe that, I have a very nice bridge here in NYC to sell you really cheap... or maybe I can interest you in some prime beachfront property in Arizona or maybe a tree farm in Antarctica?)
