Though the idea of the school uniform as sex apparel is very popular with men... "most" men don't find it sexy on eleven year olds....
What attracts men to the school uniform look is the innocence (virginity) it represents... high socks, little skirt, button up shirt, lollypops and all... and when a woman (over 18) wears it, many men can't help but think of how easy it would be to lift up that little skirt, and unbutton that white shirt, replace that lollypop with something else....
It is all a fantasy... the fantasy of making a girl a woman... and being the first one to do so...
It is kind of gross in a way, but I am not a man, so I probably don't understand. Just like I dont understand why so many men enjoy those adult anime/japanimation cartoons that star a young looking "woman" in a school uniform... those cartoons are very popular, nor do I understand why men read adult Manga (comics), etc...
I remember when t.A.T.u came out with the video "All The Things She Said"... I think they were 16 at the time. In the video, they dressed up in catholic school uniforms and were running around outside in the rain kissing each other. It was a big thing- I think even the pope made a comment about it! I was living in Germany at the time so the video aired on TV, but I think I read that the American music video channels couldn't show the video in the USA until the singers (two girls) turned eighteen. I guess it violated some child pornography rules or something...

Maybe she still goes to school, is she a pupil or a teacher.
Most people would look at an 11 year old who dresses up a jail bait as a silly wee girl and would not even think about her in a sexual nature.
If they do they need to seek help asap.
