I have a Goodmans GMP32005 MP3 that has frozen!Screen displays track details but cant clear or play.Any ideas?

None of the buttons/controls work,everything has just frozen.

I there a reset button underneath a small hole anywhere ..If not you may need to diconnect its battery source which may reset the player .if that dont work bin it an buy a mp3 player..

Presumably you've tried whipping out the battery?
