If you can afford to have an unpaid job, go to the biggest names in business, and tell them you are willing to do a free Internship.

However, if you cannot afford an unpaid job, there are other solutions. First thing to do is research. Go on good, and type "Graduate jobs in HR, you area" - you will get lots of sites. Check out anything, and everything there is to know your field. The more you know, the more you are prepared.

Go to employment agencies, and register with them. Lots of agencies might have immidiate temp. work, take that up. It will pay, and it will put experience on your CV.

As you are a fresh graduate, you should also be able to get help from your university. They should have links, and databases to help students find jobs. They may have recruitment fares in the university as well. So speak to your graduate advisor there, or other recent graduates.

And of course you should also continue to apply for jobs through newspaper, and Internet. It is not easy to get a job without experience, but it is not impossible either. So good hunting, and good luck.

make an internship on a company that could hire you. Even if they don't hire you is easier to get a job after that.

You could write for a company and volunteer your services free for exchange for experience. Hopefully if something comes up in this company they will give it to you. Alternatively temp work
