Is it OK for me to train for squad if I have just got my monthly, I am 12 and unsure about this and a little scarred to talk to my coach as he is a man although he is very approachable I am embarased. Thanx.

Congratulations! I used to train for squad during my monthly when I was your age, and it actually helped calm down cramps. You might want to invest in tampons because bleeding can still occur while you swim or while you're warming up outside of the pool.

u can still train and everything, it wont ruin your life!!! and if your cramping then just tell your coach you dont feel well...

Even though you are on your period you can still live your life. Do what you normally would if you weren't on your period. It is OK.
