Feed a cold, starve a fever, you decide which is better for you.
Lots of fluids and painkillers help too.
Don't be tempted to buy flu meds, they just make you feel better for a few hours then the symptoms come back.
Up your vitamin C and take echinaecia bi-monthly. Hope you feel better soon.

oh dear, u are having a bad cold if u are experiencing clogged nose, snezzing from time time or urge to sneeze, and head ache and higher body temperature. how to get better? simple, try to eat well, more on fruits and vegies, plenty of water and fruit juices. add vit c and take enough sleep. see, u have to feed ur body, strengthen it with nutritious food and and give it enough rest so your immune system will be strong enpugh to fight disease or allergy. i always feel better after taking enough sleep. afternoon nap is big help too. get well.

I would take Advil, for the body aches and lots of liquids. It will take about two weeks to run its coarse. Get plenty of rest. If it lasts longer then two weeks or you get very congested it may be wise to check with your doctor. Hot Chocolate and chicken soup time and my best wishes. I hate colds.

awww shame, it will be gone in a couple of days, put a wet flannel on your head to take your temperature down, and take tablets, keep warm.
