hmm..unpredictable..
there too much factors involved here,..
like for example inflation,deflation,current marketprizes specially oil and gold,intrest-rates,and so many more..
not even to talk about what happens to a currency of a country if for example it would go to war or the king or president dies of that country,agreements being signed,agreements not being signed..
most country's have a national bank that watches carefully there own currency and will act upon moves up or down,they want a stabilized currency,and therefore they lower or higher the rates for a certain currency.
so much factors you cant predict,so how would you be able to predict or even calculate the inpact of such chance.

Formulas? I don't think so... You need way more advanced stuff than formulas. Read up on non-structural econometrics, with special emphasis on ARMA/ARIMA and ARCH/GARCH...

You can't predict them.

Rolling dice would be as accurate as any formula.
