India Is the best Southeast Asian Country that Offers Excellent Education in any Career.
You are planning for 3 years to stay in the country as the Lodging is very cheap and the Hostels or Rental Apartments would also be available at an Affordable cost so you can choose India.
Overall you will have many advantages to select India in SouthEast Asian Countries for your study.

It depends on your budget and your purpose of your education and what you want to study. If you want to pursue a degree, better go to UK or US as it is more recognised, although the cost is very high. For Singapore, I would say that the O level and A level is ok as it is based cambridge certification= recognised worldwide. Education is more than juz knowledge, recognition/prestige comes into the picture too. Hope this can help you.
