The strength of the classical Chinese society is their discipline.
I think the same is their weakness too!

strength of the family bond, sense of duty. they also like to have things in order in every aspect of their life. hard work is praised, laziness, frowned upon, so pretty much the same things as in India, U.S., Mexico, everywhere. all good successful people usually do the same things, and have a similar value system. we are ,after all, all alike.

Ask it to the chinese. I think they are not capable of adapting themselves , moreover aren't they too fussy about their language?
