The thoughts and feelings are different.

Feelings are something you feel inside; loved, hurt, lonely, sad, hyper, etc.etc.

Thoughts are things like: "Does he like me?" "Do i look fat in this?"

Get the picture? Feelings are things you can sense inside, thoughts are things you tend to ask or study yourself.
