My mother is 48 yrs of age. She used to work in wet enviroment for 4-5 hrs each day, due to which she has devloped cracks on her sole. These cracks causes pain and itching at night. As she can not leave her job, is there any other way to treat them?

at nights, soak her feet in a bucket full of lukewarm salt+soap water. you can use a shampoo instead of soap works better. for 5 mins. scrub the soles with a toothbrush if it hurts her. progressively, use a scrubber.take out , pat dry and massage with boroline/soframycin if cracks are painful. make her wear thin cotton socks and sleep to sweet dreams.

Sure - places like Bliss Spa and Bath and Body Works (and the Body Shop) sell booties for your feet and you use them with some foot cream for cracks, dryness etc - you can sleep in them - they work so quickly and are very very effective. BBW sells True Blue Spa and Bliss makes the best ones - sold with the cream in a package. I would also get a pumice scrub for her feet and she should soak them 2-3 times a week in a foot bath/soak - sold at the same stores. All of the above stores are online - sites are the same as the names of the stores. Will work - definately! Drugstores even sell creams for this by Dr. Schols and Sally Hansen, etc which are cheaper but the top 3 places will work better.
:o)

I have this problem even before I turn 30. Cos I wear heals. Anyway, try this moisturiser brand "neat feat". Is terribly good. I only used 1 tube and it completely heal the problem. Now I apply every night so to keep it smooth and shiny. : ) Believe me, it really works.
