Don't attempt anything because sincerity has its own language which is spoken by you when you are doing something sincerely. It finds its own ways and means and others know about it. It then depends upon the calibre of the person you are being sincere with to acknowledge it. By the way if you are sincere, you wouldn't need acknowledgment anyway. Just keep doing things:) sincerely.

By being sincere without being patronising. Smile, be compassionate & never judge, force your opinion or act as though you know more than you really do. Thats what I appreciate in a sincere person.
