It depends where, if you are working in a shop where you need to attract clients you can use your personality, but if your beautiful you'll have luck and more and more clients will come. If you are working in a bank you can't use too much your beauty you need to have personality. In our days beauty is important, but personality too. You see that you like a boy or a star (ex. Brad Pitt) and your friends think that another guy is beautiful (ex. Robbie Williams) and the guy you like doesn't look very good - it depends. I think that beauty is important, but today your beautiful and after 3 years you aren't, so beauty comes, beauty goes, but personality stays with you every day. Personality 51% and beauty 49% is important.

I think that both beauty and personality are important . But if you are not beautiful, you may improve your personality i.e. the way of dressing etc.

PERSONALITY, hands down. Beauty fades.Look at older people. If your young, I'm sure you find most of them unattractive.At one time they were beautiful and handsome. You know the ones that are the most attractive now? The ones with personality!

I believe both is important. But Personality is heavier than beauty. Atleast if you look at it on the Virtue point of view.

beauty is just skin deep. with no personality no matter how beautiful a person is, she will fade away from memory but an impressive personality has a lasting impression.
if a person has both beauty & personality then it would be dynamic & be etched till eternity in all minds.

As a totality, it would be personality. Because if she has a good personality, you would be in a safe and good company. You won't get bored, that you can talk anything and everything.
But having a little beauty won't hurt.
