get a house, next to the office and walk down. be prepared to stay more, because once you move nearer, your boss will tell you that you can walk down any time and hence stay more in the office. or he may call you any time.

if u hate the traffic jam, try an aerial route!!!!!!!!!!!
u can't avoid it but if u r rich enough buy an helicopter
