Anyone know how I can clean up this mess? Lots of pop ups, and my Road Runner has just about stopped "Running"!!!! Help this computer illiterate get moving again! Thanks.

And I would strongly suggest you invest in a program such as Norton or McAfee with a firewall and virus scan to keep your system up and running. That should help prevent it from happening again. Also, on PCPitstop it will scan your entire system and offer you suggestions to keep your computer running well. Good luck.

Download some security software, restart your computer is Safe Mode and run full scans.
Safe Mode: Press F8 during boot.
Avira Anti-Vir - http://www.free-av.com/

Spybot S&D - http://www.spybot.info/
All the above software is free and effective.
