I don't really think it is Cellulitis, but who knows for sure until you get checked. Cellulitis starts from a entry point on your skin, and the bacteria spreads. It is under the skin, in the cells under the skin. It can become dangerous if untreated. There are several types of Cellulitis, but you might have to get on an antibiotic if that is what it is. If it has spread, then that means it needs to be treated. Please go to your doctor and find out what it is. Never put off any kind of a rash, please. Go now. It can get in your blood, and that could be fatal. I don't want to scare you, but you just do not know. It could be something else, but what about itching? That tells another story too.

are you up on your measles shots?
I might be a contact allergy
Or it could be something call viremis....which is a virus that presents itself as a rash.
I would advise that youo take some benadryl. And there are over the counter itching ointiments. Best to see your doctor.
