THEY WILL HAVE ATTAIN AGE 25 YEARS FOR MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT
THEY SHOULD NOT BE THE GOVERNMENT SERVANT.
THEY SHOULD NOT BE BANK CORRUPT.
THEY ARE HAVING NAME IN THE VOTER LIST.

An MP is a member of the Parliament, be it Lok Sabha or Rajya Sabha. A MLA is a member of Legislative Assembly. A member of the municipal office is called MC, meaning a member of the Municipal Council.
