Speaking as a doctor, the risks can include abrasions of the vagina wall and, ahem, if he's long enough, you may experience abrading of your cervix.
If you experience spotting, it's called metrorhagia, and it goes away, you should be ok. If you experience profuse bleeding, head for the ER.
True story: A colleague was working in the ER, woman comes in complaining of vaginal bleeding. Turns out BF was using a "tickler" and due to both parties getting "carried away in the moment" she received multiple vaginal abrasions and a single vaginal laceration (cut/tear). She had to be sutured and couldn't have sex for 6 wks (If she didn't want the laceration to open up)

No problem whatsoever. I've noticed the answers stating that it can harm you have also stated that the problems would be caused by the beads dislodging or the piercing harming you. They don't seem to understand what 'implant' means.
I've never heard of any problems and the implants have been around for a LONG time (this style of implants started in Japan. correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it was one bead per year in prison. it's not common practice in modern Japan, though).

Only if his penis is unclean. Make sure your partner washes thoroughly as bacteria collects between the beads that can then be transferred to you during a sexual act. This can lead to odors and even an infection. I use an antibacterial penis health creme called Man1 Man Oil as well just to be safe. I don't want my girlfriends vagina to smell. Hope this helps!

well, i'm sad for you. my husband doesn't need to implant things into the urethra of his penis for and spice or excitement. he is hung like a stallion, and his endowment ALONE is spice enough.
your question troubles me. yes you can be harmed. all it takes is for one to get dislogded from his urethra and get into you and sit there causing an infection......or worse, to come out, and because of the contact.......and the act of intercourse, get pushed into your uterus by puncturing your cervix. You'd be in a world of trouble then!!!!
