No.UN has no power...I think we saw it very clear this summer when they could not make Israel stop bombing Lebanon,'cos US vetoed every resolution...UN is just the political tool of US and nothing else...As long as US has the right ot veto there is not going to be justice done for the Palestinians...
UN has no power to solve the Palestinian problem nor the will to do it...
