theres this virus =w32Myzor.FK@YF and it says keep saying critical system error...how do i remove it...any free services that i can get...??

Type "stinger" into your search engine and look for "McAfee avert Stinger". this is a stand alone anti virus tool. its only 1.2mb and wont take long to down load. follow the instructions and run it. it should clear any virus's on your computer, ready for you to install a full version
Alternatively type the name of the virus into your search engine and see what comes up

Run "regedit"
then goto
HKLM/software/microsoft/windows/currentversion/windows/winlogon
please see at Shell, if you find not only IEXPLORE, please delete it after IEXPLORER
