As you know Rahul Dravid has taken over captaincy of Indian Team only recently. I strongly feel that the captain will not be changed as long us he continues playing barring some unforseen circumstances. Since has has got few more years playing left out, I feel that it is too early to predict next captain so much in advance as it is now sure which players will be there in the Indian Team by the time Dravid retires.
If Virendra Shewag or Yuvaraj continues to play at the time of retirement of Dravid either Shewag or Yuvaraj Singh in that order will be the Captain

However next captain will be VSehwag, but we have to consider certain facts prior to this.
After Ganguly the captaincy could have give to Anil Kumble at least for tests.
As on now nobody performs in such a competitive & inspirating mood as the previous generation did. A lot of competent players eligible for the cap were there in the previous decades - Since KapilDev we can see Mohinder, Yaspal, Sandeep, Kirmani, Vengsarkar, Ravishasthri, Madanlal, Azarudin, Jadeja, Srikkanth, Prabhakar, Ganguly, Kumble & more from this you can blindly select anyone will suit for the requirement. But in the present team nobody shows these competent spirit & leadership except some junior players like I Pathan, Suresh Reyna or Sreeshanth who really have to prove much more their survival even......( Of course, sachin is there...)
