I don't think I would do anything differently, the heads of state have never done anything outright stupid or against my ideals.
I'd probably bite the bullet and drive for a closer EU integration, which is ultimately in the interests of all its peoples. Though, in Finland we are doing that in some extent already.
Politicians in Finland agree too much with each other. The only issues that arise are either what amount of money should be put on which projects and of course the ever so important technical debate of who exactly is responsible for what.

I would get the scientist together and find out what had to be done to stop the destruction of the o-zone layer right now and the other world leaders and I would have to put a plan in effect immediately to stop the destruction. I don't care how rich the people are that pollute we are much bigger than the rich we outnumber them by a lot and they will have to take the loss because we will not let them destroy our planet any longer. That is one war I will sign up for gladly how about you?

Reform the education system, get rid of the dependence on oil and do what Brazil's been doing, quickly and decisively end the War on Terror, sanction Iran and North Korea quickly, become more conservative of our environment, and minimize gang fights and civil riots.
