The "hymne national", or national anthem, of France is La Marseillaise. It was composed and written by Claude Joseph Rouget de Lisle in 1792.

If by that you mean La Marseillese it has been France s
national anthem since abou t 1792 time of the Revolution
that abolished monarchy.
