why is that when anime have school girls in it?

their skirts are so dang on short and that goes for movies too.
Ex for an anime is inuyasha kagoma
think that is how you spell it.

know what u mean. i think that it is 2 show young girls are able 2 do just about anything they want, and to flash a lot of young leg without getting in trouble with the cencers, if they could the skirts would be much shorter. also the japanese cencers control is not as tight as the american cencers.
