I've charged the headset and I keep holding the call button but it never turns solid blue. It only blinks... what do I do?!?

The head set only has a solid blue light when you pair it. If you have not done so, then shut it off. When turning on, keep the button pressed until the blue light stays, then pair it with your phone.
If the phone and the head set have already been paired, then make sure that blue tooth is enabled for the phone.
Otherwise, the normal behavior for the headset is to have the light blinking.

the sunshine continually will blink periodically whilst that's getting used or whilst that's paired to the telephone. that's so as that the BT can shop that's sign and that's often preserving the telephone in that's distance. So the sole way for the blue mild to stop blinking is, once you're no longer employing it, you could turn the BT off thoroughly.
