Anti skid? as in matte? You cant.Not long term anyway. Any product you put on it will wash right off.
You will have to get a tile glaze. High fume-clear the house of kids and pets.

Anti skid ceramic tiles cannot be polished. No ideal to used polished tiles in bathroom as they get slippery when wet.

There is actually a way to make it glossy but would not really advise you to do so: you can "nail polish" the tiles by brushing a layer or two of permacoat, the one that is used on pool decks (pebble washouts, etc.).

You can't polish ceramic tile. The glazing is what you got. Whether its is glossy or matte, that's really about it.

why would you want to polish anti skid tiles that's defeating their purpose
