A male made is caled a valet never call a male made a butler for a butler must graduate a butler academy and serve as a butler aprintace for at least 3 years befor even getting the honor of being a butler.

He is called a Butler in Australia, but there may be some new term used. What ever it is good to hear that males are doing the same as females, go for it

Probably a servant or a cleaner. I think the name man-servant is also occasionally used. If he is in charge of other maids, servants and cleaners and is responsible for the upkeep of the home, he could then be the butler, or in the case of a hotel, possibly a concierge.
