Being able to wrestle, is not the main requirement to becoming and stay a member of the WWE You need to have a gimmick which the fans can relate to and keep them interested in you, When you watch either Raw or Smackdown you will notice that there continues to be more and more situations where talking takes up a lot of the time. Even though there are numerous muscular wrestlers, over the years there have been those who do not look the part, but do have that charisma which the fans buy.

First you have to join a wrestling school and if your good enough WWE will sign you to a developmental contract, with the Ovw or somewere else, Then you get to work there for lil bit of time then join the big leagues

You gotta train a lot, get a gimmick, must have charisma and take steroids to make yuou look buff,tough and rough.

well the main thing is you have to be able to wrestle. in that case go to a wrestling school they will teach you then u need to get into shows and get some exposure.

First, muscles. Second, be rude, crude, aggressive and insulting. Third, have no moral standards. Fourth, like hurting people. That should do it (also works if you want to join a drug gang) -- yuck
