I have a friend who is now 30 years old and single, and I can tell that it really bothers her. As her friend, what can I do to help her feel better about her age and put things into perspective?

Take her to an old age home....tell her if she doesnt get out and enjoy life that she might as well pack up and move there no point in wasting away our youth tell her to get out and have fun....when we get old we can sit around and adjust the straps on our depends but not now....way to soon

Bring her to do something new ... a new activity or perhaps go out with a new sort of people. I think for people who feel old part of their burden is in going back to memories, perhaps of good old days or fonder times...

Im thinking perhaps by giving them new memories will give them something to look forward to and get their mind off their age:)

I hope that helps

tell her there is many people are single out there. do not so mind about it.i feel today's women are independent and not neccesary must depends on men.ask her to make herself busy. when the right time arrives, she absolutely will find a right guy.besides that widen her social life.
