All the above answers are nothing but lazy, politically correct ones. The differences between men and women include:
1) Sexual organs
2) Men have denser and more muscle mass
3) Men have an upper center of balance, while women have a lower
4) Men's bodies are designed for manual labor, while women's are designed for childbearing and nurturing.
5) Because of a woman's cycle, her hormones can be far less consistent and predictable.
6) Men have far more testosterone while women have far more estrogen
7) Men's testosterone leads to emotions of aggression. Women's estrogen leads to more crying and sentimental emotions.
8) Studies show men are better with distance perception and logic. Women are better at multitasking.

They have a lot of differences, but are equal...
They are mainly equal in one thing : They can be penetrated through One single channel they both have between the cheeks... Otherwise they are basically the opposite of each other, but complement each other in a usually very nice way ...

The fact that women can have babies. It makes their personality more social and caring, It makes them capable of handling severe and extreme pain, it makes them have more thoughts and look more at the whole picture rather than focus on details. I believe that this is the main difference. all other differences derrive frome this fact.

I don't think - when you get right down to it - that there's all the big a difference between them. People are people - and too many people just don't get that.
