I used to work at a Chiropractors office, so I know all of the techniques. First of all, how big is he, and how much do you way? if he is way bigger than you, let him lie on the floor on his stomach (((Of course))), with his hands straight down besides him, than u hold onto a wall or something you can put your weight on, then walk (((SLOWLEY))) AND LIGHTLY massaging his back and loosening his muscles. Then as you r holding the wall , put 1 of your feet on one side of his shoulders, about the middle of his back, then put your left about the same angle, then lightlypush forward with a little pressure in your feet. Good luck!!!!

Since I've went to school for massage therapy (now, currently in the process of becoming licensed and certified) I wouldn't step on his back if I was you. There are many better ways to relieve back pain, have him go see a chiropractor, physical therapist, or good massage therapist. They are trained professionals who can help relieve or lessen his pain. Also, they can refer him to a doctor if needed. The reason why I'm not telling you how to is because you can actually hurt your boyfriend, especially when you don't know how. As for the comment by dead Kelly ......., if a person knows how to appropriately apply techniques .... Even a tiny woman can give enough pressure and work deep into the tissues. (Since massage therapists do not use their strength for most of the techniques)

It's the weight that helps his back ... most women (though there are some exceptions) aren't strong enough to fully massage deep into a muscle so by walking on your bf's back your weight will do the trick ... try working the balls of your feet or heels into the area around his shoulder blades and along his spin ... and when you're done with him ... come see me ... would lovbe you to walk up and down my back :)

He needs to lie down on the floor. Have him inhale deeply then exhale but not too fast. When he's almost done exhaling, step on his back, with your toes pointed to his side, and the arch of your feet along his spine. Walking on his back before he's exhaling can cause harm. Take only a few, small side steps then get off and repeat- inhale, exhale, on, off. If you're balanced, tip-toe on the ball of your foot between his shoulder blades and along the side of his spine. Careful getting too close to his sides as that can easily pinch. Do be careful; some shouldn't do this.

i think instead of risking hurting him why dont you pay for him to see someone who is trained to walk on backs. i say this cause when i got it the lady had a rail above her to pull herself up and down so i suppose all ur weight isnt good for all of someones back cause she even used it on my bf. i mean yeah you save money but physical health should come first.

I wouldn't recommend walking on someone's back unless it is approved by their doctor. Their back might not be strong enough and damage might be done.
Try learning some accupressure.
