11. "Other" advantages"? Name one.

12. Evaporation.

13. Evaporation and conduction. Moving air conducts heat away from your body better than still air does.

14. When a liquid boils, all of its molecules are at the boiling temperature. Evaporation uses the property that even though a liquid may have a temperature below the boiling point, each of the molecules in the liquid has some different energy level. The molecules with enough energy to escape as a gas do so, leaving their less energetic cousins behind.

15. A refrigerator without a thermostat? How can that work at all? How will the temperature be kept at the desired level? Will someone have to be looking into the refrigerator now and then and turn it on and off to maintain the correct temperature? That's like asking how a toilet tank will work if it has no float ball to turn off the water when it's full.

11-container not reactive, 12-evaporation and heat absorbed causes cooling, 13- Due to the draft of air,14-evaporation is a process due to atmospheric heat and boiling you provide a heat source,15- Thermostat is a feedback element that cuts off the compressor when desired cooling is achieved. It saves energy and prolongs the life of the compressor. Without the thermostat how will the compressor cut off?
