Ok, call me stupid, dumb, retarded, whatever. I just don't really understand politics entirely. What are liberal democrats, compared to conservate democrats (can the two terms coincide?) I hear a lot about libs, but are there cons dems, or libs repub? I guess I don't understand. Definitions please! No slamming parties, I personally don't care your political viewpoints.

Yes, you can be a conservative Democrat. I would encourage you to do some reading and research and congratulate you for not blindly following the flock. A liberal/moderate republican in the past would be Barry Goldwater-you might want to read about him. A conservative Democrat might be Montana's governor. Brian Schweitzer. Also look at the parties' websites and see who comes closest to your views. Also, politicians may say they're for one thing and do another, so keep an eye on them-
