A pyramid is a 3 sided structure that had a wide base and tapers to a point at its apex. The 3 sides are usually the same length.
Polyaramid is a genetic name and category of a family of polymers that includes kevlar plastic. Kevlar is used in bullet proof vests and also in composite plastic components. DuPont corporation owns the trade name kevlar, and had patents protecting it. They also invented/coined the generic term polyaramid and dedicated it to the public. They did that to prevent the trade mark kevlar becoming the genetal, common term for that group of chemicals and thus becoming a generic term, that would be used by the public and thus losing its distinctiveness for DuPont and losing its trade mark status. They lost their nylon trade mark in the late 1930's because of that scenario.
