I dont think there would be clouds per se, but condensation might allow for a rain-type event.

There would not be a t-storm or anything like that, the mechanisms to produce one are too many.

In order to produce clouds, an air parcel needs to be lifted to a certain level, which varies day by day. Usually this level lies several thousand feet above sea level, and the dome would have to be extremely tall to be able to allow that.

Fog is actually considered a cloud, and that is at ground level. So in these terms, a mist could form that produced rain in your dome.

I am just backing up the first answer. When they first brought the A/C system on line at the Astrodome, humidity concentrated near the ceiling and it rained. They obviously figured how to prevent this or the Astrodome would have been the only attempt at building large domed stadiums.

Clouds possibly. Some small clouds of mist have been known to form in large structures like the Goodyear Airdock. Rain seems more unlikely.

To have a "weather" you need air movement and temperature difference between air masses. The space inside the dome may not be big enough...rain, maybe, falling drops from condensation somewhere

not really because weather is not an isolated event. It needs tides and winds and montains and valleys. The rain in the atrosome is probably condensation produced by heat.

There would have to be a means to cool the moisture in the air to a temperture where it would condense.
