His approval ratings seem to be waning in between the low to mid 30's.
Only approximately the 10% of wealthiest Americans have done better with Bush in office.

In the US, I am lead to believe, his approval ratings are one of the lowest ever for a sitting president.
Outside the US they're even worse.
