Iv had some gigs in clubs and discos were the place is full of smoke and cigar. I avoid all smoke because I dont decire to start smoking and dont want any of my stuff to smell like smoke. Should I leave the instrument out of its bag and wait?

I know where you're coming from, I have a gig bag of guitar effect pedals and cables etc, that smells like all the roadhouses we used to play...P.U.

I had a friend who had a musty mildewy smell in a vintage guitar, and he was told to put a tea bag inside.

Now his guitar smells like Orange Pekoe.

But maybe you'll like that better than stale cigar.
