i am confident that she's the person that i wanna be with for the rest of my life but there are times when i feel sexual desires for people of my same sex. i dont wanna hurt my gf, i love her a lot, having sexual desires for guys is something i cant help either. what shall i do? my gf is everything to me, she's the 1 i'll marry.

Please don't get married until you've figured this out. You'd ruin her life/heart if you revealed this to her years from now. Examine those feelings, don't just try to stuff them down for a long time. They'll eventually eeek out... and you don't want to hurt anyone.. that's why you're asking.
If you do feel same sex attraction, don't get married right now. If you explore that side of you and come back, you'll be happier... and if you explore and find that you're not going to be with her, you seriously just saved her some dough on counseling and therapy. She may even be your best friend through it.
Just don't take the plunge and know that you're attracted to guys. It can get VERY messy.

you should tell her. You will never stop having these desires once you are married and eventually you will cheat on her if the desires are strong enough.
Its better to hurt her now then to end up shocking her later.
Unless of course you are not acting on it and they are just fantasies..ifyou are sure its just fantasies I would keep quiet.
