If there is no custody battle involved and it is primarily splitting up assets how long does it take? And if you get an annulment to the marriage, o you file for annulment after the divorce is final, while the divorce is pending or before you even file for divorce? Also, what are you considered before a divorce if final? Just separated or can you consider yourself divorced?

From the date you legally sign for a divorce, it normally takes 1 year to be final and most courts will mail you the final document. An order of child support or spousal support is usually attached.
It can vary per state. Annulments are a different matter.

You just do a dissolution--which I am doing. If everything is agreed to--no custody battle, splitting up of assets, etc, then, once the separation agreement is final, which should take about as long as it takes you to agree on everything, then, you could get a court date within 30 days to finalize your divorce.

It depends on the state where you live, whether you live in a community property state or not. I don't know when you file for an annulment since I was never marrried in the Catholic Church. If you are just separated the only way to consider yourself divorced is to get a legal divorce.
