All of them, but here's more information on the subject:

Have you heard the poem:
Thirty days hath September, April, June, and November
All the rest have thirty-one
Except the February one...

I don't remember the rest of that but February has 28 days except for leap years, which come every year that is divisible by four (1992, 1996, etc.) On those years, it has 29 days.
The exception to this is the years that are turn of the century (1800, 1900, etc.) Those years have only 28 days in February.
The exception to THAT is if the turn of the century is divisible by 400 (1200, 1600, etc.) Those years, the February gets a full 29 days, such as what happened back in the year 2000.
I know this is more than what you asked for but I find the whole thing fascinating.

there is no month that doesnt have 28 days. All of them have 28 days, even February. Sometimes February has 29 but never 30 or 31.
