What about AGP? does it share its VRAM from system RAM?

Onboard does, some AGP and PCI Express do, though not most.

Agp and PCI-E has dedicated memory.

there are only few cards that can share the system ram, that to they have 128mb vram and can share 128mb with the system ram

AGP and PCI normally do not share - or partially share
They have dedicated VRAM

Yes, onboard graphics do share memory from your whole system. AGP and PCI-E do not share memory, they have their own to work from.
