Where could I go online to purchase a specific rare movie?

The title is The Winged Colt on TV in 1977 with Ike Eisenmann and Frank Cody. Looked at Barnes and Noble and Netflix with no luck. Don't know of any other websites.

I looked up the movie on the Internet Movie Database.. www.imdb.com doesn't look like the film has been released on DVD or Video because there is no release info on the film's page
