Ok here's the thing I spranged my foot ( yes my foot not my ankle my foot don't ask ) and my mom a few days ago got a shot in her hip for authorightes and she's going to need help ( not to forget she has about a million other problems ) and I'm the only one in the house that normally helps her My step dad is lazy and plus he will be at work tomorrow and my sister has this game thing as well tomorrow but besides that she wouldn't help unless mead to ( and then hardly help at all anyway even when mead to ) and I feel bad because my mother depends on me and now I can't help and I have NO clue as to what to do so the question is how the hell am I supposed to take care of my mom with a spranged foot?

( Oh and yeah I know I should stay off of it blah blah but I'm worried about my mom not me ok )

do you have crutches?
Try to make as little trips as possible. If she needs something, think of everything you'll need from that room & the surrounding rooms and gather it all so you don't have to continually hobble back & forth.

If you really can't, ask your sister if she can stay home or your step dad or call an aunt or uncle or something.

This might sound a little harsh, but your mom will be ok for a couple of days. If you insist on continuing to help your mom before your foot heals you risk agrivating your injury and either hurting it worse or making the injury last longer. In the mean time, Ice your foot regularly until the swelling goes down. Keep your foot as elevated as possible. Don't harp on your family members because that will only make the situation worse. Who knows, your mom may find out that she is able to do more on her own than she thought she could, which would actually be good for both of you.

The key answer is Private Duty Home Care..call your Mom's physician and get it set up for someone to come by at least 3-4 times a week to assist with your Mom..Most insurances pay for it and the State you live in most likely offers it.. Hell you may be able to get some help for yourself!!

CALL ON A FRIEND OF THE FAMILY OR A FRIEND AT SCHOOL OR WHATEVER , LET THEM KNOW THE SITUATION , AND ASK ...ITS NOT A SIN TO ASK FOR HELP , BUT IT IS A SIN TO NOT REACH OUT AND GET THE HELP YOU NEED WHEN YA CAN....SOUNDS LIKE A TOUGH SITUATION , BUT YOU'D BE SURPRISED HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL HELP IN A PINCH LIKE THAT IF ONLY YOU WOULD ASK...GOOD LUCK , AND TAKE CARE ...HAVE A SAFE N HAPPY HALLOWEEN ....GR1M

I would say use some crutches and stay off the foot that is injured and do as best as you can. That is what I would do...

Where there is a will there is a way. =)
