Some check cashing centers still cash money orders, for a fee, although quite of few of them have stopped due to fraudulent reproduced money orders. Also, you can try depositing it in the bank-if everything checks out ok, they'll have the money available for you within 3 business days. Or get someone else to deposit it in their account for you(only if you trust them like that).... Good Luck!
