I've seen low-cut strapless bras (they have a deep "U" shape in the middle) made for dresses just like that. I'm assuming your dress doesn't have bra cups sewn into them, so you may have to buy plain cups and double-sided fashion tape. You can use the tape to hold the cups on and also use it along the edge of your dress where it ends right before your cleavage (I don't know how to word that better, but I hope you get the point). This prevents gapping and showing more than you want to. You can buy the cups and usually the tape at most local fabric stores (such as Joann's and Hancocks, if you have them.)

You can go to any major department store and get a gel placement that just goes under your chest. It is kind of like a tape substance that holds them in a firm position. They do a really good job and can be worn with a low cut strapless dress so you wont have to worry about a back strap. They are called invisi bra. They are self adhesive invisible bras.

They sell those 2 separate cups that you can jam up under your breasts. They might even have sticky tape on them, but I'd be a little apprehensive all evening that one might come loose and that would certainly distract me from having the best time. When you tried it on is when you should have considered the bra issue and maybe the store sells bras if you go back.
Maybe you'd better reconsider the dress if you don't look good bra-less.

The best thing to do would be to use duck tape, all those things they sell don't work, I have tried them and they are a waste of $$$.
Duck tape all the way and if you are on the smaller side then you can get away with not wearing anything at all

They made these plastic almost clay like cups that you stick directly on your breasts to help support them. I think that would look nicer than one of those cheap bras with the clear straps.

if its low you probably can't wear one. i'd say plaster your neeples down. like with some bandaids...or if you have big ones i'd go with the masking tape. or get you a very good strapless bra....which is impossible for me to wear...it doesn't have the support i need. i need my strapped bra. hope you have fun. no alcohol........keep your dress on.

You could 'fashion' your own bra by cutting the straps at the back and sewing them up behind your neck.
