The perfect tool for this is the phone book...look up your local piercing shop and get it done right.

I would suggest not to do piercings...but if you insist then a reputable body piercing salon...if you dant have one available and you are insane enough to puncture yourself, then an ice cube and a sterilized hat pin will prolly do the deed...but infection will be imminent

DO yourself a HUGE favor, and get it done professionally. If you move or anything, it can be crooked and very painful. If you don't know by feel how to avoid nerves and blood vessels, well, you're just asking for trouble... Tried it once...
