I've flown many times, including intercontinental flights, and have never been aware of any in flight vomiting. So I challenge your premise that they watch people vomit everyday.

why do we feel like puking when we see or hear other puke?
I'm qualified as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer and know that the puke has to be cleaned up either by the eningeer as part of his 'cabin maintenance' process or by the clean-up crew after the plane lands.

They also have to deal with pervertish passengers, crying infants and lots more. Their life aint easy up there.
